Is the Book of Jubilees in the Dead Sea Scrolls?

The description of what the authors “claim” you will receive when you purchase this is plain lies. They state there is the book of Jubilees and Enoch, all there is is a brief summary of where the scrolls where found, which cave, and then tells you that the text will not be added since there are other printed manuscripts.
