What is CSE Doe?
Committees on Special Education (CSE) and Preschool Special Education (CPSE) District Committees on Special Education (CSEs) coordinate and carry-out the special education process for students who are not enrolled in NYCDOE district schools. CSEs serve families in the district where a child’s school is located.
