Customers who wanted Cash on Pick Up (COP) transactions must indicate the LBC branch name in the shipping address upon checking out. Please be guided that LBC packages in COP transactions will only allow 5 days for the Customer to pick up the parcel.
How many days does a package stay in LBC?
Yes, we do allow items delivered to your preferred LBC branch pick-up. Package must be retrieved within 5 days upon arrival on LBC branch. If you failed to pick-up the item, it will be returned to our office and you need to PAY another shipping fee before we ship it back.
