When did APD iConnect begin to be used?

The first rollout (Winter 2018) included APD staff and Waiver Support Coordinators (WSCs). In 2020, we progressively included other providers. WSCs & APD staff began using APD iConnect for budgets, cost plans, authorizations, and SANs.

How do I Reset my Password on iConnect?

Use the “Password Reset” link on the login page of iConnect. While logged into iConnect, click “Account Security” at the top-right. Log into iConnect, click the WebConnect icon in the My Apps section.
