The reason I personally chose Yes Man over the other factions is because you have freedom of choice what way you want to deal with the rest of the factions. For example, the BoS. The other factions, such as Mr. House, want you to wipe them out. Yes Man, on the other hand, gives you freedom to do whatever you wish.
